Service Description

Before Care: Please come to your appointment with clean, make up free lashes. Please avoid any and all oils on the face before and while you are wearing lash extensions as it will affect lash retention. **If you have any cosmetic residue or oils your lash extensions will not apply properly. Resulting in falling off quicker! There will be a LASH BATH FEE of $10.00 applied to your service! Lash Shampoo/Aftercare kits can be purchased as well for a fee of $15.00.** Please do not wear contacts during lash application. Please note appointments may vary depending on the lash set, style, and/or amount of natural lashes. Be prepared and patient for much needed self-care time. After care Clean lashes daily with a cleanser. PRVD lash shampoo is available for sale. Use Oil-Free Products No Mascara or Strip Lashes Avoid extreme heat, humidity and water Avoid playing, rubbing, tugging, picking & touching your eyes or lashes Pat Dry your lashes after getting them wet, crying or sweating Please see a trained lash technician to have your extensions removed.

Cancellation Policy

All Bookings require a $25 non-refundable deposit. If you are more than 15 minutes late it will result in your appointment being canceled, the $25 fee will need to be paid upon rescheduling. Please kindly note that our cancellation/rescheduling policy requires 24 hours advance notice. Cancellation or rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours will result in total loss of the deposit. We will require a new deposit payment before making a new booking. Please book full sets and Infills accordingly: Infills are recommended 2-3 weeks depending on the condition you maintain your lashes. Infill price only applies when there are 40% or more extensions remaining in healthy condition after being cleansed and assessed. If you have less than 40% remaining, normal prices for a new full set will apply.
